Solution: This error occurs when the document’s posting date falls outside the allowed posting range for the user or the system setup.
Steps to resolve:
- Navigate to User Setup (Search > User Setup).
- Confirm that Allow Posting From and Allow Posting To fields are set correctly for the user.
- Also check General Ledger Setup for global posting range settings.
- Update the posting date on the document or extend the allowed date range.
